One you have the ingredients that you need, take your garlic cloves and half them. While your fondue pot is still cold, rub the garlic cloves over the pot and then discard them. Next you will want to pour the wine and lemon juice in your pot and heat it until it is steaming but not yet boiling. Lower the heat slightly and add the shredded cheeses. Continue to stir as the cheeses melt. After the cheese has all melted, add in the remaining ingredients.
