If you do develop a schedule with the other parent, you need to make sure that both parties stick to it and don’t deviate from it.

A lot of people dislike this method because they either distrust real estate agents or feel like they could devote more time and energy to more effectively selling their home. However, if you have a house to sell as a motivated seller the best option is most likely selling to a real estate investor. Real estate investors offer speed, convenience, and reliability.
