Jewelry Box Storage Solutions To Match Mirrored Makeup Storage Organizer
As a little girl you probably had a small jewelry box that you treasured, but likely filled with a lot of little treasures that had nothing to do with jewelry. I know my first jewelry boxes were made of seashells and inside I had more shells and little beach stones than precious gems. However, as we grow up and collect a few treasures that are not all found for free on beaches, the jewelry boxes we choose take on a new meaning, namely: a place to safely store items we value but don’t use daily, as well as a place to store the items we use every day and don’t want to get ruined. These storage solutions tend to be larger, require more organization and often will offer separate areas for hanging necklaces, keeping rings in rolls, separating chains and beads, keeping earrings with gemstones clean, etc. And in the end, although we want them stored safety away we also want them handy. For example, in my dressing area I have a mirrored makeup & jewelry vanity table and beside it a tall jewelry box that holds necklaces, and on the vanity table a smaller wooden box that holds my favorite earrings that I wear during the week. Inside one of the drawers of my vanity I also have another box that is just for rings, because I wear two or three everyday, but the rest of my collection – like cocktail rings and some fancy items I’ve been given over the years – stay safe and out of the way.
A Cheap Solution to A Vanity Table and Jewelry Storage in One
The problem is finding the jewelry box storage solutions that work for the space you have in your home and at the same time accommodates all your treasures. So if you’re like me, and love to be organized, then here’s what I found: Instead of buying a really expensive jewelry vanity table that doesn’t even fit in your bedroom, buy a really practical desk with mirror set, something like the Capri Vanity that’s also a student desk but comes with a mirror and lots of drawers on the side. Get a small necklace storage unit that matches from Organize and then use other trays and organizers in the drawers to create effective storage. A small stool or chair fit at the desk, and the mirror is perfect for makeup and dressing. A mirrored makeup storage organizer like the one they through Powel Furniture, which is gorgeous, can cost upwards of $500, but this solution costs a lot less and is very effective.
