Jump Higher The Right Way
I could not imagine the great things people have done and created just to be able to learn how to jump higher. I sometimes think that they have this keen love for jumping, maybe inspired by bunnies, kangaroos, and grasshoppers or maybe even frogs. Sadly though human anatomy is not primarily designed for jumping unlike these animals our legs are made for walking and running. If you try to examine the legs of these creatures they have strong muscles which are natural to them, it is shat they are born with, designed to help them to move, though there are humans capable of jumping high, I am sad to tell you they are not super humans, one example that I have in mind is the legendary Michael Jordan, you know the one on NBA with the jersey with the number 23. he was capable of dunking the ball, taking off from the free throw line and jumping till he reach the ring and perform an all time slam jam, that he was really capable of.
But there was no inborn defect or genetic mutation, none of that count, he was able to jump that high because he developed the muscles in his legs and also other muscles that are responsible for the ability to jump higher.
There are techniques that are available to develop muscles in the legs. When muscles undergoes great amount of movement which new to its system, it tries to cope up to the demand of the body there will be an abrupt growth in muscle tissues, which will in return enable the individual to jump higher, this is done trough series of workouts and training, but this exercises should be taken with caution for if not correctly executed it may cause injuries. If these vertical jump exercises are done in a long period of time and with the right execution it will surely changes the height of your jump.
